• While cleaning the carpet, it should not be exposed to hard impacts such as forging and whisking. Sweeping process in carpet cleaning; It should be done in slow motion in the sweeping direction of the pile yarn of the carpet with a vacuum cleaner. It should not be left wet for a long time, it should be dried in a short time. Drying should be done for a long time without being exposed to sunlight. Sunlight coming directly to the carpet will deform the carpet.

•  Due to the substances to be used other than carpet shampoo, there may be situations such as discoloration, color difference etc. in your state. Carpet; detergent, hard surface cleaners, bleach, salt spirit etc. It should be kept in mind that no stain remover can remove all stains without damaging your carpet.

•  Open floor carpets show stains and dirt more easily, but also harder to clean. These situations should be taken into consideration when choosing carpet. Otherwise, there may be problems in use.

•  All liquids spilled on the carpet must be absorbed immediately with an absorbent cloth, paper towel or vacuum cleaner without rubbing from the carpet. Stain removal methods should be applied according to the type of spilled substance. This impregnation and pulling process should be done with clean water without using any cleaning agent on the stain several times.

• Our carpets do not have a feature like stain. You can request service from professional carpet cleaners according to the instructions for use for stains caused by the usage error.

• Do not scratch the surface of carpets with a high frequency with sharp and sharp objects, otherwise the carpet pile that will lie flat will not recover again due to the density of the carpet. This will cause deformation on carpet fluff.

• During transportation, the contact of hard and pointed objects with carpets should be avoided.

• On the carpet surface; There may be differences between regions with high usage density and regions with low usage density. To prevent this, the location and direction of carpets should be changed periodically. By doing this, shading that is not caused by production is prevented.

•   Footprints can be seen in cut-end carpets. This situation is directly proportional to the brightness of the yarn used in the carpet.

• It is inevitable that there is a difference between a carpet bought before and the same carpet bought afterwards. This should be taken into account when buying the second carpet.
